Purpose of data processing
Data may be processed for the purpose of establishing contact, preparing offers, processing contracts, invoicing and general customer support.

Personal data
We process personal data that we receive from you as part of the business initiation and relationship.

Personal data includes your contact data such as:
company name, department, company register number, VAT number, bank details, address, surname, first name, telephone number, e-mail

Other personal data:
Information about the nature and content of our business relationship such as contract data, order data, sales and receipt data, customer and supplier history, consultation documents

Contact with us
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. We will not pass on this data without your consent. The data entered by e-mail is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time by contacting the responsible person. All you need to do is send us an informal email, the contact details for which can be found in the legal notice or the information in the Controller section. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.

Data when accessing the website
If you only use this website to obtain information and do not provide any data, we only process the data required to display the website on the internet-enabled device you are using. These are in particular IP address, date and time of the request, amount of data transferred in each case, the website from which the request comes, browser type and browser version, operating system.
The legal basis for the processing of this data is legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR in order to enable the website to be displayed. Unless otherwise specified below, we will not process this data any further.

Legal basis
Unless otherwise specified in the privacy policy, we process your personal data on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act as amended:

• for the fulfilment of (pre-)contractual obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)

• for the fulfilment of legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR)

• for the protection of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR)

• within the scope of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)

Duration of data storage
We process your personal data until the end of the business relationship or until the expiry of the legally prescribed periods. After expiry, the data will be deleted or blocked.

Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your stored personal data, a right to object to the processing and a right to data portability at any time. To do so, please contact the responsible person. In addition, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (https://www.data-protection-authority.gv.at/) if you believe that the processing of personal data violates data protection regulations.

Hosting
As part of the hosting of our website, all data required for the operation of the website is stored. This is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our website. We therefore process this data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in optimizing our website. We use the services of the web hosting provider WIX (further information hereto: https://www.wix.com/) provide our online presence. We provide the provider with the above-mentioned data as part of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Disclosure of data to third parties
We only pass on your data if this is necessary for the fulfilment of contractual obligations or if we are legally obliged to do so, in particular if

• you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDRP have given,

• the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR is necessary for the protection of legitimate interests and for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data

• there is a legal obligation to disclose the data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR and this is permitted by law and/or

• they are necessary for the fulfillment of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Social networks
We do not use any plugins from the respective social media services for the social network functionalities; we only place an image link. The connection is only established when you actively click on the corresponding link, which opens a new window in your web browser.
